Zusammenfassung
Dieses Kapitel bietet eine Einführung in das Model of Human Occupation (Modell der menschlichen Betätigung, im folgenden auch MOHO) und zu dessen Anwendung. Das Modell wurde in den vergangenen 25 Jahren entwickelt. Ursprünglich aus den USA stammend, sind das derzeitige Modell und seine Anwendungen das Ergebnis einer weltweiten Zusammenarbeit, vor allem mit europäischen Ergotherapeuten. Unsere Erörterung des Modells in diesem Kapitel basiert auf dem aktuellen Buch von Kielhofner (1995) A Model of Human Occupation: Theory and Application.
