Zusammenfassung
Welchen Beitrag kann Feedback im Rahmen von Teamentwicklung leisten? Wie müssen Feedbackinstrumente gestaltet sein, damit sich aus den Ergebnissen tatsächliche Handlungsempfehlungen für die weitere Zusammenarbeit ableiten lassen? Und wie genau sieht effektives Feedback eigentlich aus? Diese und weitere Fragen beantwortet der vorliegende Beitrag, um sowohl Führungskräften, Trainern, Beratern und Coaches Unterstützung in der Wahl geeigneter Feedbackinstrumente zu bieten als auch Wissenschaftlern einen Überblick über gängige Verfahren zu geben. Die Relevanz von Feedback für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit im Team wird diskutiert und es wird sowohl auf interne Auslöser als auch auf die Notwendigkeit externer Auslöser eingegangen. Darüber hinaus wird eine Auswahl an methodischen Zugängen zu Teamfeedbackanalysen vorgestellt und auf ihre Vor- und Nachteile beim Einsatz verwiesen. Ein Ausblick auf relevantes Teamfeedback für verteilte Teams rundet den Beitrag ab, bevor ein abschließendes Fazit gezogen wird.
