Clinical Experiences with Budipine in Parkinson Therapy

Abstract

The quantification of tremor amplitudes is still a prerequisite for the evaluation of the efficiency of different drugs in the treatment of tremor. In this report, we discuss the method and the results of tremor measurement with the aid of electromyographic (EMG) examination which has been further analyzed with a digital computer. The first part of our presentation explains the data analysis procedure; the second part deals with the clinical results.
