Zusammenfassung

Der Zweck dieser Arbeit ist es, an Hand der eigenen frischen Fälle von Luxatio pedis sub talo, die genau und von allen Gesichtspunkten aus durchgearbeitet sowie sorgfältig nachuntersucht wurden, die Behandlungsergebnisse der verschiedenen Luxationsformen, der geschlossenen und offenen Verrenkungen, der blutig und konservativ reponierten geschlossenen Fälle miteinander zu vergleichen, die Ursachen der Irreponibilität operativ eingerichteter Fälle sowie den Einfluß der verschiedenen begleitenden Knochenverletzungen auf das Heilergebnis festzustellen und mit den entsprechenden Fällen der Weltliteratur, soweit diese erreichbar war, zu vergleichen, um die richtige Behandlung der jeweiligen Gruppe zu finden und ihre Prognose stellen zu können. Die Fälle von Luxatio pedis sub talo mit begleitender Fractura colli tali sollen in einem eigenen Kapitel behandelt werden.
