In einer Zeit, in der die Frage nach Kosteneinsparungen im Gesundheitswesen und die öffentliche Diskussion über die Kosten-Nutzen-Relation der medizinischen Therapiemöglichkeiten immer mehr in den Mittelpunkt rücken, wird auch die aggressive chirurgische Therapie für High-risk-Patienten in der Koronarchirurgie immer kritischer betrachtet.
