Zusammenfassung

Gegenstand dieser Arbeit sind die klinischen Erfahrungen mit einem großmolekularen Gas, das als innere Tamponade bei der Behandlung von speziellen Ablatio-Problemen angewendet wird. Das Gas ersetzt in diesen Fällen die Skleraeindellung. Anschließend werden die Behandlungsergebnisse besprochen und die Vorteile dargestellt, die diese Operationstechnik für die postoperative Sehfunktion bietet.
