Zusammenfassung

Um die Diabetesforschung, -diagnostik und -therapie mit Hilfe der Technik für Arzt und Patienten zukunftsorientiert darzustellen, besteht die Forderung, durch Neuentwicklungen und Weiterentwicklungen bestehender Methoden eine kontinuierliche Messung der Glukosewerte bei Diabetespatienten zu realisieren. Dies bedeutet in der Praxis

  • transportable Messung unter Normalbedingungen,

  • kontinuierliche Messung,

  • Meßdauer mindestens mehrere Tage,

  • Alarmerkennung bei Hyper- und Hypoglykämie

  • evtl. glukosegesteuerte Insulinzufuhr.
