Zusammenfassung
Klinische Beobachtungen und Herzkatheteruntersuchungen an Koronarkranken von Hilger (1), Wilcken (2), Gorlin (3), Baker (4) und Tauchert (5) haben gezeigt, daß medikamentös verursachte Koronardilatation zu Anfällen von akuter Angina pectoris führen kann und eine Laktatproduktion des Herzmuskels bei erhöhtem Sauerstoffgehalt des Koronarsinusblutes einsetzt.
