Abstract

According to the 1978 classification by Drach et al., the prostatic exprimation in acute bacterial prostatitis (ABP) shows an abundant amount of white cells (WBC) and bacterial culture shows typical pathogens. The prostate gland is very tender on palpation (Drach et al. 1978).
