Diet and the Aetiology of Cancer

Part of the book series: ESO Monographs ((ESO MONOGRAPHS))

Abstract

The issue of dietary fats and hormone-dependent cancers of the reproductive organs seems far more complex today than a few years ago, when only a few analytical studies were available.
