Zusammenfassung

An Blutbildveränderungen unter Psychopharmaka sind Thrombozytopenie, makrozytäre und hämolytische Anämie, Eosinophilie, Leukozytose, Leukopenie und Agranulozytose beschrieben (Wintrobe 1981). Im folgenden wird insbesondere auf die Agranulozytose als besonders wichtige, schwerwiegende Komplikation unter Psychopharmakatherapie eingegangen.
