Neue Entwicklungen in der Dermatologie

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den Stand der Taxonomie der Residentflora der Haut des Menschen einschließlich der Feindiagnostik ihrer Bakterienspecies, Biovare, Serovare, Lysovare berichtet. Derzeitige Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Feindiagnostik der Bakterienspecies der Haut bei ökologischen Untersuchungen werden aufgezeigt.

Summary

The present taxonomy of the residentflora of the human skin is reported including the schemes for the identification of the biovars, serovars and lysovars. The possibilities and limits of identification of bio-, sero- and lysovars of bacteria of the normal human skin are shown.

Die Taxonomie als Ordnungsprinzip in der Mikrobiologie setzt sich aus 3 Teilgebieten zusammen, der Identifizierung, der Klassifizierung und der Nomenklatur. „Die Identifizierung erfolgt durch Vergleich unbekannter Einheiten mit bereits bekannten und reiht diese in das jeweilige bekannte Klassifizierungsschema ein. Die Klassifizierung stellt einen Vorgang dar, bei dem bestimmte, als solche abgrerizbäre JE inheiten möglichst sinnvoll in größere Einheiten zusammengefaßt werden. Die Klassifizierung selbst isrei-“ nem steten Wandel unterworfen, der sich aus dem Zuwachs neuer Erkenntnisse und der Erweiterung des Gesichtsfeldes ergibt. Die Nomenklatur regelt die Bezeichnungen.“ (63) Nomenklaturfragen in der Bakteriologie sind bislang ständig im Fluß geblieben. Im folgenden sollen Anmerkungen auf das differenzierte und teils unübersichtliche Bild der Taxonomie der Residentflora der Haut, insbesondere der Staphylokokken, hinweisen.
