Zusammenfassung
Physiologische und pathologische Wehentätigkeit während der Schwangerschaft gehen fließend ineinander über. Die Zervixwirksamkeit der Kontraktionen kann anhand des Kardiotokogramms nicht erkannt werden. Zervixveränderungen vor Therapiebeginn abzuwarten ist risikoreich. So erhalten Patientinnen unter Umständen unnötig eine tokolytische Therapie mit Betamimetika.
