Abstract

Anorexia nervosa and bulimia are psychiatric disorders which in recent years have been associated with well-defined diagnostic criteria (Bruch 1974; Casper et al. 1980; Garfinkel and Garner 1982; Garfinkel et al. 1980; Johnson et al. 1982; Russell 1979; Strober 1981).
