CSF Pressure-Volume Relation and Pulse Related CSF Pressure Variations in Man

Intracranial Pressure IV

Abstract

The intracranial volume/pressure (V/P) relationship (1,2,4,5,6) has been studied by many investigators. Most experiments have been made on animals and very little is known about the quantitative aspects in man. The present paper deals mainly with the reference values for the different V/P variables and the deviations from normal found in some pathological states.
