Zusammenfassung

Obgleich experimentell wie klinisch viele Ursachen für das Hirnödem bekannt sind, ist dessen Phänomenologie relativ einförmig. Es lassen sich nach KLATZO zwei, nach FISHMAN drei Prototypen differenzieren: das vasogene und das zytotoxische Hirnödem (16, 22).
