  • Chapter
Cranial Computerized Tomography

Abstract

This paper, which will discuss certain technical aspects of the CT 1010 scanner, was prepared in conjunction with Dr. Ambrose’s paper on the medical and user aspects of the scanner. Firstly, we will consider some major specification parameters which define the performance of the machine. Perhaps the most important of these are the density resolution, the special resolution and the relationship between them, and the patient dosage.
