Zusammenfassung

Als sicherste Behandlungsmethode des Basalioms gilt heute die Exzision des Tumors im Gesunden. Sie verspricht eine zuverlässige Heilung bei über 95% der operierten Fälle und wird in entsprechend gelagerten Problemfällen (Rezidive, sklerodermiforme Basaliome, Problemlokalisationen) als mikroskopisch kontrollierte Chirurgie durchgeführt [43].
