Zusammenfassung

Die etablierten konservativen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten der fokalen Hyperhidrose liefern nicht immer den gewünschten Erfolg, so daß operative Verfahren bei schwer betroffenen Patienten eingesetzt werden. Wir berichten hier über die therapeutische Anwendung von Botulinumtoxin A bei der fokalen Hyperhidrose.
