Zusammenfassung
Alle motorischen Aktionen des Körpers werden von antizipatorischen Anpassungsreaktionen des vegetativen Nervensystems, die vom zentralen Nervensystem gesteuert werden, begleitet. Diese vegetativen Anpassungen sind unter krankhaften Bedingungen sekundär betroffen. Sie bekommen selbst Krankheitswert, wenn die Bereichern denen die vegetativen Systeme regeln können, überschritten werden, wenn die peripheren und zentralen neuronalen Strukturen der vegetativen Systeme geschädigt sind oder wenn es zu chronischen neurovegetativen Überanpassungen kommt. Aus diesen Gründen ist die Pathophysiologie des vegetativen Nervensystems sehr heterogen und wird weitgehend unter der Pathophysiologie der Regulation des kardiovaskulären Systems, der Körpertemperatur, des Gastrointestinaltraktes,der Beckenorgane usw. abgehandelt.
