Abstract
The ultrafast frequency-resolved upconverted vibrational free induction decay (FID) of HDO in D20 was measured, allowing extraction of the amplitude and phase of the coherent transient. The FID Wigner spectrogram shows evidence of λ-dependent dynamics.
