Abstract
We present our vision of a unified data management and analytics platform, which we call “Live Business Intelligence” (LiveBI) that transforms business intelligence from the traditional back-office, report-oriented platform, to an enabler for delivering data-intensive, real-time analytics that transform business operations in the modern enterprise. The LiveBI Platform leverages data management technology and fuses it with new paradigms for analytics and application development. We present the architecture of the platform and illustrate its value in a couple of applications.
