Zusammenfassung
Posttraumatische Belastungsstörungen haben wie andere psychische Störungen grundsätzlich biopsychosoziale Ursachen jenseits dessen, dass es ein oder mehrere identifizierbare traumatische Ereignisse als Auslöser für die Störung gibt. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene psychologische und soziale Faktoren und Erklärungsmodelle dargestellt, während im nächsten Kapitel die neurobiologische Ursachenforschung zusammengefasst wird.
