Zusammenfassung
Unter sozialen personenbezogenen Dienstleistungsorganisationen werden in der sozialwissenschaftlichen Forschung solche Organisationen verstanden, deren primäre Leistungserstellung »auf heterogene Lebenslagen von Individuen und sozialen Gruppen, auf unangepasstes und abweichendes Verhalten, Schwierigkeiten familialer Erziehung, soziale Probleme und Konflikte usw.« (Scherr 2000: 440) reagiert. (vgl. Bommes/Scherr 2000; Merten 2000; Baecker 1994) Damit sind diese Organisationen primär auf die Sozialdimension gesellschaftlicher Kommunikation bzw. sozialen Erlebens und Handelns gerichtet, während andere Dienstleistungsorganisationen wie Unternehmensberatungen, Ingenieurbüros, Steuerberatungs- und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften, Investmentbanken und Anwaltskanzleien ihre Praktiken und Wissensbasis primär auf Sachbezüge innerhalb der modernen Gesellschaft richten.
