Zusammenfassung
Mit dem Ende des Kalten Krieges und des alles durchdringenden Systemantagonismus zwischen Ost und West hat in Europa ein Prozeß der pluralistischen Umgestaltung und Konvergenz der ökonomischen und politischen Ordnungen begonnen, der tendenziell auf die Homogenität kapitalistischer und demokratischer Systeme hinauszulaufen scheint. Sicher ist diese Entwicklung indessen noch nicht.
