Ganz offensichtlich gibt es zur (De-)Zentralisierung, die ja zu den “ewigen” kontroversen Diskussionsfeldern in Theorie und Praxis von Führung und Organisation zählt, weiterhin Dynamik, Überlegungen und Klärungsbedarf. Neben anderen Faktoren dürften die veränderten nationalen und internationalen Marktbedingungen sowie neue Organisations- und Konzernstrukturen (Stichwort Lean-Management, Holding- bzw. Managementholding-Konzepte) diese Diskussion intensiviert haben.
