Abstract

Due to the fact that the quality of the entire process is more and more dependent on the maintenance process, must be carefully designed and effectively implemented. There are various techniques and approaches that may be applied for efficient and effective maintenance management. This study presents the application of the modeling tools and process management within BPM practices in the maintenance processes in a medical devices manufacturing company.
