Abstract

The goal of this chapter is to describe the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, and proper methods of diagnosis and treatment of patients with epiphrenic diverticula. Finally, an overview of the surgical management will be provided and the indications for surgery and the description of the laparoscopic repair and the thoracic approach will be described.
