Abstract

This study seeks to identify high impact articles and citations involving decision making in organizations based on a systemic approach to organizational performance, organizational environment and organizational architecture in order to propose a preliminary construct to support decision making. To achieve the objective, firstly, a systematic literature review (RSL) was carried out using the Biblioshiny tool developed in the R software. An analysis of descriptive statistics of the main bibliographic metrics was presented. A Sankey Diagram was generated relating different bibliographic factors (countries, journal and keywords). Furthermore, clustering methods were proposed, through bibliographic coupling analysis using simple centrality algorithms. Finally, an analysis was carried out on the sample of 69 scientific articles to identify the relationship between the topics of interest. As a result, in addition to RSL, it was possible to propose a preliminary construct to support decision making considering a systemic approach.
