Abstract
This chapter deals with conversion opportunities of a traditional gasoline-powered generator into an ammonia-fueled one. There are many experimental tests presented and discussed accordingly. Also, the power generator performance and emission values are investigated under various operating conditions and discussed comparatively. In addition testing ammonia alone, gasoline, propane, ethanol, methanol and hydrogen are blended with ammonia for testing under various conditions. Some preheating options for both ammonia and air are also considered for investigation. The experimental data and findings are further presented and discussed.
