Abstract
The purpose of this chapter is to provide a broader context and also summarize these studies identified and included in Part 2 with a primary focus on students and their experience in and through integrated STEM education. With contributions from six education systems on this topic, we share and discuss our view of making connections among these studies across educational systems as well as between students and their learning environments. We conclude by discussing possible resources for further research in this rich topic area.
