Abstract
Scleroderma is not one disease but a spectrum of disorders that can occur at any time of life, although the pattern of scleroderma occurring in children is different from that in adults. Fortunately, the predominant form of disease in childhood is localised scleroderma, which includes morphoea and linear scleroderma with the en coup de sabre subset [1,2].
