Abstract
IR magnetoabsorption provides observation of Λ6 → Λ8 magnetooptical spectra in Hg1−xFexTe alloys of low Fe content. In heavily degenerate Hg1−xFexSe mixed crystals (x = 0.01), we report a new type of optical Shubnikov-de Haas effect.
