Abstract
Four patients with d-transposition of great arteries underwent the Senning Operation. Repair was feasible without the need for extending the atrial septal flap with prosthetic material. Atrial arrythmias did not occur. All patients are doing well. The advantages over the Mustard Operations is discussed.
