Abstract
This chapter briefly provides an appropriate and sufficient knowledge for those who want to face serious problems related to constructional viscoelastic materials. The information presented in this chapter is condensed and it is evident that for going into more depth, it is required to refer to textbooks written particularly in the field of viscoelasticity theorem.
