Abstract

With shipbuilding engineering structural optimization and energy saving in the direction of development, metal welding structure gets more and more application in engineering, metal welding structure of the welding deformation problems can become a hot research topic in the field of welding and the general character, how to implement effective for accurate detection of welding deformation and control, become an important research direction. This paper tried to analyze the research on detection of welding deformation in different sensory technology. The results shown that they could get good result in different application environment for different sensing technology. The non-contact detection could get more intelligent and more accuracy and the contact detection are more reliable and widely used in industrial. However, according to automation and intelligent requirement of modern industrial, it is the trend to develop more non-contact detection method in shipbuilding processing.
