Abstract
The guidance of professional instructors is a key link in the undergraduate training systems and an important supplement to classroom teaching. However, because of the fuzziness of the evaluation of Professional instructors’ guidance work, it is difficult to accurately reflect through specific scores, and the comprehensive evaluation of Professional instructors based on fuzzy mathematics can meet this need. The comprehensive evaluation of Professional instructors based on fuzzy mathematics firstly constructs the comprehensive evaluation model, and then obtains the characteristic vector from the judgment matrix of the evaluation index system through the analytic hierarchy process, and then carries on the consistency test, and then determines the weight of each index. On the basis of determining the weight of the indicators, the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the evaluation grade are used to carry out the Zadeh operation, and finally the comprehensive evaluation result of the Professional instructor can be obtained.
