Abstract
This chapter focuses on the effects of impact velocity and braided structure on the transverse impact behaviors of 3-D braided composite tubes. The test results of load-displacement curves, deformation, and damages under transverse impact are presented. The inner damages are photographed with μ-CT to show the fiber tow breakages and crack distributions.
