Abstract
The comprehensive utilization of resources has promoted the circular economy in the mining industry, including the development of associated resources, the recovery of valuable elements, and the resource utilization of waste. The principle of “resource, reduction, and harmlessness” realized new economic growth for enterprises and significantly reduced environmental pollution. It is an essential manifestation of the coordination of resource development and ecological protection.
