Abstract

Nowadays, the use of 3D printing has extensively increased, which support STereoLithography or Standard Tessellation Language (STL) 3D image for printing. STL file originated from the 3D systems. STL file format works over the triangles and estimates the surfaces of a solid model without any texture and color. It specifies both binary and ASCII formats. In this paper, a method has presented to convert 2D image to 3D printer acceptable STL file and STL file to 3D object generation.
