Abstract

Rapid development of information technology and medical technology provides a new way for health management and plays an important role in optimizing the whole process of health management. Based on health management R&D of Tsinghua’s physical education researchers, by integrating Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, Internet of things and other advanced concepts of innovative technologies and functional medicine, this paper created a new five-in-one full-lifecycle smart health management system involving assessment + intervention + big data + cloud platform + APP and reversed the situation of pure physical examination or “simple physical examination without health care.” Through health information perception and one-stop health intervention service, it transmitted healthy lifestyles to individuals and families, with the aim to fundamentally change conventional health concepts.
