Abstract

In view of the defects of waterborne printing varnish in printing, this paper researched in waterborne printing varnish and anti-adhesion. By adjusted the ratio of aqueous emulsion with high and low TG values, and increased the water-soluble solid resin, we optimized the composition and ratio of waterborne varnish to realized the preparation of anti-adhesion waterborne varnish. The adhesion testing method was used to test the adhesion of waterborne varnish. The experimental result shows that the adhesion resistance of optimized waterborne varnish was obviously improved, its improved significantly printing anti-adhesion, the gloss and wear resistance of print.
