Abstract
The performance evaluation of the flight control system can provide a well-found foundation for its availability and safety. This paper evaluates the performance of the control system based on the simulation data of the aircraft, designs the evaluation system of the reentry aircraft, and gives the general form of the utility function. More important, it also presents the general evaluation method for control performance of reentry vehicle and verifies the availability of evaluating the performance of different control methods under one evaluation system. This approach has the broad engineering application prospects, which can be used not only to evaluate the performance of different control methods, but to assess the guidance algorithm, trajectory algorithm and airborne equipment according to different expert systems.
