Abstract
The World Health Organization has set itself the target of achieving health for all by the year 2000, that is, to maintain all the people of the world at a sufficiently positive level of health so that they can lead economically and socially productive lives. One of the contributions to positive health is health care, which is usually personal care. Health care demands the intervention of individuals - whether health workers of family members - for the prevention and treatment of diseases.
