Zusammenfassung

Die Duplexsonografie der Gefässe erfolgt je nach Gefässregion mittels Linear-oder Konvex-Schallkopf unterschiedlicher Senderfrequenzen. Die Grundlage bildet jeweils das B-Bild. Dieses lässt sich durch verschiedene Einstellung optimieren, sodass die Gefässmorphologie beurteilt werden kann. Die Beurteilung der Hämodynamik erfolgt mittels zusätzlichen Dopplerverfahren. Mittels PW-Doppler lässt sich im Gefäss eine Spektralkurve ableiten. Diese lässt aufgrund der Flussgeschwindigkeiten und Kurvenform Rückschlüsse auf die Hämodynamik zu. Als zusätzliches Hilfsmittel zur Beurteilung der Hämodynamik im Gefäss steht der Farb-Doppler zur Verfügung.
