Zusammenfassung
Die Zahl der Langzeitüberlebenden nach allogener Stammzelltransplantation steigt kontinuierlich. Die Schwerpunkte der Rehabilitation unterscheiden sich in der frühen Phase (Tag +100 bis +365) von denen des Langzeitverlaufs (über Tag +365). Von großer Bedeutung ist das Vorliegen einer Graft-versus-Host-Reaktion. Die Rehaindikation wird bestimmt durch das Ausmaß körperlicher und psychosozialer Einschränkungen, die individuelle Motivation und die Prozess- und Strukturqualität der rehabilitierenden Institution. Steuerung der Immunsuppression, Infektprophylaxe, Informationsvermittlung, bewegungstherapeutische und psychoonkologische Maßnahmen sowie die Förderung der sozioökonomischen Wiedereingliederung sind relevante Handlungsfelder.
