Abstract
Data is an important asset of telecom operators, and data governance is an important method for telecom operators to manage data. This paper studies the characteristics of BSS and OSS data telecom operators, and proposes the architecture of data fusion platform and data hierarchical model. The basic method of BSS and OSS data fusion is then presented, and the wide table technology is adopted to organize and unify data model layer in order to realize the construction of the confusion application supporting cross-domain data fusion.
