Abstract

Polarization experiments in low-energy p̄p physics are highly desirable in order to investigate the rich system of quantum numbers and annihilation channels. It is planned to use high quality p̄ beams from LEAR for a first generation of polarization studies in two-body channels on polarized external targets. Internal polarized jet targets could further increase the experimental possibilities and the precision in p̄p physics.
