Abstract
Most of the laboratories in universities follow the manual stand-alone version of management. Asset management adopts equipment cards or paper labels. It is difficult to accurately understand the use status of the equipment and the status of the equipment. In order to coordinate school resources and improve the efficiency of equipment use, this paper designs a set of intelligent equipment management system suitable for university management based on wireless local area network technology, and builds laboratory equipment from borrowing to returning, from inventory to repair, and from maintenance. The obsolete information management platform completely solves the pain points of the cumbersome equipment inventory process, high error rate, omissions in changes in equipment borrowing, return, maintenance, and scrapping, incomplete human records, and inability to dynamically manage equipment in real time.
