Abstract
The article analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign experience of commercial logging in mixed stands. The forest fund of the Amur region in need of commercial logging was identified, and its analysis was carried out by breed groups, completeness, forest areas, and the predominant economically valuable breeds. A comparative analysis of the tax value of stands during commercial logging and without them is carried out. The article presents the forestry and economic justification of commercial logging in the Amur region.
